Background
O'Neill was originally supposed to be a part of Raptor Team, but a failure to not respond properly to a Code Blue banned him from US Special Operations. This is why Nomad is currently part of Raptor Team, because he took O'Neill's original place.
During Crysis Warhead
O'Neill only plays a role in Crysis Warhead, as he is the one who mostly provides aeriel support for Psycho, and is the one who takes the captured alien to the safety of the USS Constitution.
