Tara Strickland can be heard and mentioned by a few C.E.L.L. soldiers talking about a C.E.L.L. officer name "Lockhart" as a key high-rank officer in C.E.L.L. and a possible antagonist for the game Crysis 2.
A Marine brat who followed her father into the services upon graduation. Strickland is tough, competent, and smart, earning numerous medals from competing in inter-service martial arts and marksmanship contests. She entered the Navy SEAL program at twenty five and passed with flying colors.
